Request for a Claim.
For each item purchased from the online store denas.bg , which is subject to warranty, you could request a claim for the given item in the presence of a certain damage or factory defect. Warranty period 12 months for the devices of the Denas corporation from the day of sale. Claims for claims are considered in two main categories:
Justified claims - this type includes all cases in which there are damages, deviations or factory defects.
In these cases, denas.bg covers the repair of the device completely free of charge.
Unjustified claims - claims in which there is a defect or breakage of the device, due to the customer's fault as a result of improper use.
Transportation costs
For products purchased no more than 30 calendar days ago, the transportation costs are at the expense of denas.bg .
For products purchased more than 30 calendar days ago, the transportation costs are at the expense of the customer.
